Writing Workshop with NY Writers Coalition

Tuesday, February 5 | 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until June 11, 2019

Every Tuesday at 2pm, join the New York Writer’s Coalition and veteran workshop leader Eileen Sutton at the New York Transit Museum in Downtown Brooklyn for a FREE, weekly writing workshop. Draw inspiration from those bygone days through prose, poetry, theater, rhymes, and everything in between — all created in our decommissioned subway station and vintage subway cars! This workshop is open to writers of all genres, backgrounds, and experience levels (ages 18+, please). No experience is necessary and all materials will be provided. You are also welcome to write on any device of your choosing.

Best of all, no advance sign-up is required for this drop-in program! The group meets promptly in the Museum lobby at 2pm.
