Virtual Drink and Draw with Sarah Nisbett

Thursday, May 19th, 2022

6:00 PM ET

Free Online Program

Grab a beverage of your choice, settle in to explore a few objects from the Transit Museum’s collection, and be inspired to sketch what you see. Sarah Nisbett, author of Drawn on the Way, will share tips and tricks for looking closely and capturing details on paper. Find out how Nisbett taught herself to quickly sketch fleeting moments and what she learned about connecting with others while riding public transit.

As we sketch you can ask questions, share ideas, and connect with others. Simple materials like a pen and paper are all that you need, and no drawing experience is necessary!
