On the 100th anniversary of the Malbone Street Wreck, join transit historians and CUNY adjunct professors Andrew Sparberg and Joe Cunningham to learn more about the deadliest subway accident in New York City History. This illustrated lecture will explore the history of the event and its aftermath, the ramifications of which can still be felt today.
Pre-Registration is not required for this drop-in event, which is included with your museum admission. However, capacity is limited and admittance to the event space is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see the Plan Your Visit page for information and directions.
