    SOLD OUT! Rise and shine then come to the Transit Museum for an early opening in collaboration with Extreme Kids and Crew! Children with disabilities and their families can come to the Museum an hour before it opens to the public. The morning will feature fun activities about transit, music, dancing, and light refreshments. Take a break in our relaxing chill out room, or head to our platform to encounter a visitor from the past! 

    Admission is free but advanced registration is required.

    Teens with developmental and/or learning disabilities, ages 13-17, along with a family member or friend are invited to attend an afternoon of art-making, train exploration, food and fun at the New York Transit Museum! Participants will visit our historic platform for inspiration, then make art alongside Chase Ferguson, whose celebrated career has been centered around his love for transportation.

    Teens with developmental and/or learning disabilities, ages 13-17, along with a family member or friend are invited to attend an afternoon of art making, train exploration, food and fun at the New York Transit Museum! Participants will learn about videography and have a chance to create their own subway train videos using our vintage train collection!
