Our virtual programs bring the New York Transit Museum experience to you—wherever you are.
Join us online for conversations, presentations, workshops, and performances inspired by the Museum’s exhibitions and collections. Connect with others, exchange ideas, and explore the rich history of transit and New York City from the comfort of home.
Virtual programs take place online. Upon registration, all participants will receive three emails. One will be a receipt, another your ticket(s), and the third will include a Zoom link with instructions on how to participate. We encourage you to download the Zoom app in advance for the best user experience.
The New York Transit Museum seeks to ensure a respectful online environment for learning and thoughtful exchange. As such, the Museum reserves the right to remove a participant from a program.

Any materials (images or recordings) provided or shared by the Museum or presenters during programs are for personal use only. These images may not be used by media or for commercial purposes, including in blog posts, social media, news coverage, or promotional materials of any kind. All such images remain the intellectual property of the New York Transit Museum or presenters unless otherwise stated.
By attending Museum programs, you consent to having your image, voice and/or likeness filmed, recorded, and/or photographed. The resulting materials may be used by the Museum without restriction, credit, financial compensation, or other consideration, for any and all purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a Museum staff member before attending a program.
By registering for an event, excursion, or program, you will be added to the New York Transit Museum’s email newsletter list, which allows you to receive reminder emails, notices of upcoming programs, and news. You may unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Please Note: Unsubscribed individuals may not receive important program reminders and updates, which may include necessary information to participate such as Zoom links and departure locations.
