Departing from Grand Central at 11am on April 5th, the Yankees Nostalgia Train will run non-stop to 161st Street – Yankee Stadium. As an added bonus to accommodate even more railfans, a configuration of IRT SMEE cars from the beloved Train of Many Colors will arrive immediately following the Lo-V Nostalgia Train. For just the cost of a MetroCard swipe or OMNY tap, riders can hop aboard a vintage train car of their choice and take a ride back in time on their way to cheer the New York Yankees to victory over the Toronto Blue Jays.

Vintage trains will depart from the uptown 4 train platform of 42nd Street – Grand Central Terminal Friday, April 5th, at approximately 11am, and will run express on the Lexington Avenue Line to 161st Street – Yankee Stadium. The Train of Many Colors will arrive immediately following the Lo-V Nostalgia Train. The trains will not make any stops between Grand Central Terminal and Yankee Stadium. Railfans are welcome to ride on the Lo-Vs or the Train of Many Colors. Running non-stop, the trains will arrive at 161st Street – Yankee Stadium in about 25 minutes.
