ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Free Family Event:

Join the Transit Museum online and explore innovative transportation! Children with developmental disabilities or those on the autism spectrum and their families are invited to join us online for a free, fun afternoon program. Author and musician Michael Hearst will share some of his favorite quirky and unusual vehicles from his album and book Unconventional Vehicles: Forty-Five of the Strangest Cars, Trains, Planes, Submersibles, Dirigibles, and Rockets, and sing some original tunes. We will explore our vintage train cars during a virtual tour of the Museum’s subway platform and design a vehicle inspired by what we’ve seen.

All ages welcome! Admission to this program is FREE and will be conducted using the Zoom platform.
