Rise and shine with the New York Transit Museum! Children with developmental disabilities or those on the autism spectrum are invited to join us online with their families for a free morning of fun. Explore our vintage train cars during a virtual tour of our subway platform led by Museum Education staff, and celebrate Women in Transit with a storytelling performance and art-making workshop.
All ages welcome! Admission to this program is FREE and will be conducted using the Zoom platform.
Please Note: This event will take place online. Upon registration, all participants will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to participate. We encourage you to download the Zoom app in advance for the best user experience.
A social narrative will be emailed in advance of the program for your family to learn more about the activities and what to expect during a Zoom event. To request additional accommodations, please email [email protected] by February 27th.
